Preparation

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, milk, chia seeds, and honey until you get a smooth mixture.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Before serving, stir the pudding again and distribute it into glasses or small bowls.
- STEP 4 OF 4
Garnish with peanut butter and fresh blueberries to taste.
