  • Unsweetened cocoa powder5g
  • Flavored oat flour35g
  • Almond milk30g
  • Dark chocolate15g
  • Baking powder1pinch
  • Chocolate chips (optional)1teaspoon

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Mash the ripe banana and add the sifted flour, cocoa, and baking powder.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the mixture, always stirring everything with a fork.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Add the plant-based milk to improve the consistency and, if you like, also the chocolate chips.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Cook in an air fryer for 8 minutes at 160°C. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 175°C for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven.
