Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Peel and wash all the vegetables, then cut them into matchsticks.

Cook them in a non-stick pan over high heat so they become crispy.
- STEP 3 OF 4
If necessary, add a few tablespoons of hot water during cooking.
- STEP 4 OF 4
Once cooked, serve as shown in the photo with Chia seeds.
