Preparation

Wash the apple and cut it into chunks. If it is not organic, remove the peel.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Season it with half a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Drain the mozzarella well and cut it into slices.
- STEP 4 OF 4
Arrange your dish as shown in the photo and season with the remaining extra virgin olive oil and oregano.
