Turn the oven on to 180°C in static mode.
Peel and cut the apples into regular pieces.
Place the apples in the baking dish you will use for the crumble, add the red berries, the 2 tablespoons of sugar, the dried fruit and the cinnamon, then mix well.
In a bowl, roughly crumble the biscuits with your hands or use a mixer.
Add the coconut oil (if it is solid, warm it slightly to make it liquid) and mix well.
Spread the biscuit mixture over the fruit until it is completely covered.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool slightly and serve with vanilla ice cream or cold custard.
