  • Sunflower seeds2cucchiai
  • White sesame seeds1cucchiaio
  • Chia seeds1cucchiaio
  • Whole almonds50g
  • Sugar20g
  • Sunflower oil80ml
  • Honey150g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 10

    Preheat the oven to 180°C or prepare the air fryer.

  2. STEP 2 OF 10

    In a bowl, mix cornflakes, cereal flakes, and all the seeds and nuts.

  3. STEP 3 OF 10

    In a non-stick pan, put the honey, sugar, and oil and heat well without boiling.

  4. STEP 4 OF 10

    Add this mixture to your cereal and seed mix and stir well until everything is coated with the honey and sugar mixture.

    You can choose to cook it in an air fryer or in the oven.

  6. STEP 6 OF 10

    In the air fryer: cover the basket with parchment paper, pour your mixture, level it well, and cook at 170°C for about 20/25 minutes.

    In the oven: line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the mixture, level it well, and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

  8. STEP 8 OF 10

    It's ready when golden; in the air fryer, it will darken a little more on the surface.

    Wait until it is completely cold and break it into pieces.

  10. STEP 10 OF 10

    You can store it in an airtight container to keep it crunchy; it lasts for a few weeks.

You can choose cornflakes or puffed rice and also the cereal flakes you prefer, obviously gluten-free, such as quinoa flakes, buckwheat, or oats if you can consume them. You can also add chocolate and get creative by making it different every time using spices. If you want to make it in an air fryer, halve the quantities.
