Turn the oven on to 180°C or prepare the air fryer.
In a bowl mix the cornflakes, cereal flakes and all the seeds and dried fruit.
In a non-stick pan put the honey, sugar and oil and heat well without boiling.
Add this mixture to your cereal and seed mix and stir well until everything is coated with the honey and sugar mixture.
You can choose whether to cook it in the air fryer or in the oven.
In the air fryer: line the basket with baking paper, pour in the mixture, level it well and cook at 170°C for about 20/25 minutes.
In the oven: line a baking tray with baking paper, pour in the mixture, level it well and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
It is ready when golden; in the air fryer it will darken a little more on the surface.
Wait until it is completely cold and break it into pieces.
You can store it in an airtight container to keep it crunchy; it keeps for a few weeks.

You can choose cornflakes or puffed rice and also the cereal flakes you prefer, of course gluten-free, for example quinoa flakes, buckwheat flakes or oat flakes if you can consume them. You can also add chocolate and get creative by making it different each time, using spices too. If you want to make it in the air fryer, halve the quantities.
