Preheat the oven to 160 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, chopped almonds, salt and vanilla.
Add the honey, seed oil and salted caramel protein cream, then mix until smooth and evenly combined.
Spread the mixture onto the baking tray in a thin, compact layer.
Bake for about 20 minutes, gently stirring halfway through to encourage even browning.
Let the granola cool completely: at this stage it will become crunchy.
Store in an airtight jar and enjoy for breakfast with yogurt, milk or fresh fruit.

Store the completely cooled granola in a glass jar or airtight container, in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. It stays crunchy for about 2 weeks. After opening, always close the container well; if the environment is very warm, keep it in the pantry away from heat sources.
