Chocolate water cakelet, made without milk and eggs, ideal for breakfast or a snack. Recipe designed for air fryer cooking.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the water and oil and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into a lightly greased mold suitable for the air fryer.
Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for about 15 minutes.
Let cool completely before unmolding and topping with the cocoa and hazelnut protein cream.
