Add a slice of cooked ham on each triangle.
Roll up each triangle starting from the base to form a mini croissant.
Brush the mini croissants with the egg yolk mixed with a little milk.
Sprinkle the mini croissants with seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
