  • Saltas needed
  • Paprika or spices to tasteas needed

Preparation

    Wash and peel the potatoes.

    Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline.

  3. STEP 3 OF 7

    Arrange the potato slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  4. STEP 4 OF 7

    Brush the slices with extra virgin olive oil.

  5. STEP 5 OF 7

    Add salt and spices to taste.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes or until the chips are golden and crispy.

    Let cool slightly before serving.
