
Coconut Drop Cake - Egg-Free and Milk-Free
This recipe is particularly suitable for those intolerant to lactose and eggs, and being sugar-free, also for those on a diet.
Ingredients
- Type 2 flour
200g - Organic coconut flour
100g - Erythritol
100g - Seed oil
150ml - Coconut water
400ml - Baking powder
16g - Chocolate chips
30g - Powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
In a bowl, pour all the dry ingredients and then the liquid ones, mix everything with a whisk or an electric mixer, add the chocolate chips and stir the mixture with a spoon.
- STEP 2 OF 3
Pour it into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 3
Once cooled, you can decorate with powdered sugar.
