Ingredients
- Egg whites
2 - Type 1 flour
250g - 0% greek yogurt
170g - Plant-based milk
70ml - Erythritol
60g - Baking powder
1sachet
Preparation

Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add the other ingredients, first using a spatula and then a mixer.
- STEP 2 OF 5
With your hands, form a dough and divide it into eight parts. Shape into small spheres.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Brush the surface with egg yolk.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Bake in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Once cooled, fill with whipped cream or creams of your choice.
