The puff pastry pockets filled with cherry jam are easy and quick to make, perfect for breakfast or a delicious snack.
Gently unroll the rectangular puff pastry roll, leaving it on the parchment paper it is wrapped in.
Cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles and make small cuts with a knife on half of each rectangle.
Fold the cut part over the uncut part and add the jam in the center of the folded rectangle.
Place the pockets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a fan oven for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
