Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    -Boil the potatoes with the skin on until they are softened, then peel them and mash them with a potato masher or a fork. Season with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper.

    -Unroll the puff pastry and place a round bowl in the center, distribute the previously prepared potatoes around it, along with the provola cut into small cubes and the crumbled sausage. Fold the outer edge of the puff pastry inward, sealing the edges.
