  • Strawberries or fruit of choice200g
  • Egg yolk or milk for brushing1unit

  • Powdered sugarto taste
  • Lemon juiceto taste

Preparation

    Slice the strawberries and add a tablespoon of sugar and lemon juice.

    Cut out many heart shapes from the puff pastry, brush with egg and sprinkle sugar on top.

    Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
