Preparation

Spread the ground chicken on a sheet of parchment paper, forming a square, and add a pinch of salt.
- STEP 2 OF 3
Stuff as desired and close using the parchment paper, seal the ends carefully and place in the fryer basket.
- STEP 3 OF 3
Add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs or cornmeal (or Parmesan as an alternative), a drizzle of oil on top, and cook at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
