Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Prepare the dough by mixing the dehydrated raspberry powder with the flour, adjusting the amount based on the desired color.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in volume.

Cut out hearts from the dough using a cookie cutter.

Fry the brioche hearts in hot oil until golden brown.

Roll the hearts in sugar mixed with dehydrated raspberry powder.
