
Simple and quick cake with fresh strawberries, chufa flour, and oat flakes. Soft, natural, and cooked in an air fryer, without added sugars, gluten, and milk. Recipe created by MariaPia Leopizzi / Health Economist




Wash and chop the strawberries into pieces.
In a bowl, mix the egg with the water, add the oat flakes and chufa flour, and blend well.
Combine the strawberries with the mixture and stir well.
Pour the batter into a suitable 16 cm mold for the air fryer.
Cook in the air fryer at 170°C for 15–20 minutes, checking the doneness with a toothpick.

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
Gluten-free recipe if the oat flakes are certified gluten-free; for a sweeter version, add a natural sweetener of your choice (e.g. erythritol) if desired.
