Put a pot of plenty of salted water on to heat.
Heat a pan with the oil.
Cut the onion into thin slices and add it to the pan to sauté.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and then add them to the onion. Then add salt and pepper.
When the water boils, add the pasta.
Drain the pasta and then add it to the pan with the tomatoes.
Plate the pasta nicely.
Crumble the fennel taralli to add a crunchy touch!
