- Slices of speck2
- Grated grana cheese1
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation

Bring a pot of water to a boil and when the water boils, add the pasta, salt it, and cook it as indicated on the package.

In a plate, beat the eggs and add black pepper and grated cheese. Mix well and set aside.

Next, cut the speck into cubes and brown it in a pan for 5-8 minutes until golden.

Meanwhile, in a pan, cook two zucchinis cut into slices with a little water and once cooked, set them aside.

While the pasta is cooking, take a ladle of water from the pot that you will need later. When the pasta is ready, drain it and add the ladle of water, the cooked zucchini, and the speck. Stir well with a wooden spoon and add the eggs.
