Combine the drained corn, the egg and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the spices to taste and mix well.
Shape the mixture into discs.
Cook the discs in the air fryer at 200° for 16-19 minutes until golden and crispy.
As soon as they come out of the oven, fill the Doré with spreadable cheese, arugula, cherry tomatoes and speck to taste.
