400g400g - Chili pepperto taste

Preparation

Thaw the scampi and wash them.
- STEP 2 OF 6
In a pan, pour some extra virgin olive oil and brown a clove of garlic, add the breadcrumbs and toast for a few minutes.

Place the scampi in the pot with the help of tongs without overlapping them and pour in the white wine.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Let it evaporate, add the tomato pulp as soon as the alcohol has completely evaporated.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Salt and add chili pepper to your liking.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Cook for a total of 10 minutes, halfway through cooking, with the help of the tongs, turn the scampi, do not overcook to keep the scampi tender.
