Preparation

Cut the nori seaweed sheets into round shapes.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Press the absorption-cooked rice on top and add a tablespoon of rice vinegar.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Let the rice cool down.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Shape the nori sheets into taco forms and place them close together in the air fryer to maintain their shape.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Cook at 200°C for 5 minutes until crispy.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Fill the tacos with tuna, arugula, and soy sauce or other ingredients of your choice like salmon, avocado, or fried shrimp.
