These are perfect crackers as a healthy snack or as a different kind of appetizer. They are gluten-free, very easy to make, and really tasty and crunchy.
In a bowl, combine the seeds with the flour. Give it an initial stir and then pour in the water, oil, and salt. Mix well with the help of a spoon.
Once you have the desired mixture, transfer it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Level it well and bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
I then garnished them with a cream made of cream cheese, turmeric, and thyme. I sprinkled everything with some spicy paprika and our appetizer is just waiting for the bubbles!
Once crispy and golden, take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly. I decided to break it into pieces by hand to create crackers that are all different from each other.

They can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
I chose to garnish them with a cream cheese that you can choose to be lactose-free or plant-based according to your dietary needs.
