Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until they become frothy.

    Squeeze an orange and pour the juice into the bowl, add the oil, a pinch of salt, and the coconut flour, and mix with a spatula.

    Add the orange zest and then the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix until the batter is well combined.

    Pour the batter into a cake pan prepared with oil and flour and bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Let it cool slightly, remove from the mold, and garnish with powdered sugar.
