  • Tropea red onion0.5unit
  • Parmigiano reggiano flakesas needed
  • Bread croutonsas needed
  • Soy sauce1
  • Peanut butter1
  • Sesame seedsas needed
  • White wine vinegar1
  • Parchment paperas needed

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Marinate the sliced Tropea red onion in water and vinegar for at least 30 minutes.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Sauté the strips in a pan with a drizzle of oil and deglaze with a bit of soy sauce.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Place three overlapping iceberg leaves on a sheet of parchment paper.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    In the center, place some croutons or simply a slice of bread cut into cubes and toasted in a pan.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Add the cheese flakes, strips, onion, and the accompanying sauce (1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, sesame seeds, and a bit of water).

  6. STEP 6 OF 6

    Close by shaping it into a wrap and wrap it in parchment paper.
