  • Plant-based milk180g
  • Seed oil60g
  • Brown sugar110g
  • Baking powder16g
  • Cinnamonto taste

  • Powdered sugarto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and seed oil.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Add the plant-based milk, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Optionally add chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Pour the batter into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.

    Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
