A delicious almond tart perfect for breakfast or brunch. The tart has an almond filling and is enriched with pine nuts. An irresistible and easy-to-make dessert!
For the shortcrust pastry, mix the almond flour, all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa, granulated sugar, and vanilla powder in a bowl.
Add the egg and knead until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the almond filling by mixing the almond flour with the eggs, brown sugar, and grated lemon zest. Mix until you obtain a smooth and soft mixture.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a 22 cm tart pan. Pour the almond filling over the pastry base and sprinkle the pine nuts on top. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. The almond tart is ready to be enjoyed!
