Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Put all the ingredients except the rice flour in a mixer.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Form 30g meatballs and flour them.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Brown them in a pan with olive oil.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    In a mini blender, put some soy sauce, melted butter, and a bit of flour and mix.

  6. STEP 6 OF 6

    Add the sauce to the meatballs and finish cooking.
