Preparation

In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, then add oil, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and finally, the dark chocolate chips.

Shape the shortbread cookies by making flattened balls of about 15 g each.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (baking times depend on the oven).
