  • Dark chocolate100g
  • All-purpose flour150g
  • Milk30g
  • Baking powder10g
  • Ricotta250g
  • Egg3units
  • Sugar70g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the ricotta, the previously melted chocolate, the sifted flour, the milk, the cocoa, and the baking powder.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Mix well and then pour into an 18-20 cm cake tin previously lined with parchment paper.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.

    Do the toothpick test to check for doneness!
