
Vegan Baci Perugina
If you try these baci, you won't buy the original ones anymore, because you'll fall in love at the first bite! 😍 Moreover, Valentine's Day is around the corner, you can prepare them for your loved ones, wrapping them in foil and including a love note made by you!
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate
300g300g - Toasted hazelnuts
100g100g - Vegan nutella

Preparation

I melted 100 g of dark chocolate in a bain-marie, coarsely blended the hazelnuts.
- STEP 2 OF 5
I created balls using my hands, placing a hazelnut on top of each one. Then I transferred them to the freezer for fifteen minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Transferred the melted chocolate into a bowl with the vegan Nutella and hazelnuts, mixed with love and left in the fridge for an hour.
- STEP 4 OF 5
I then dipped them in the melted chocolate (the other 200 g) slightly warmed and placed them on baking paper!
- STEP 5 OF 5
Once the chocolate has cooled (you can put them back in the fridge for a few minutes) I was able to wrap them with a romantic phrase..
