Ingredients
- Egg white
150mL - Sugar
100g - Unsweetened cocoa
40g - Potato starch
35g - Seed oil
90mL - Water
90mL - Flour
110g - Baking powder
12g - Chocolate chipsto taste
Preparation

First, sift and mix all the dry ingredients.

Then mix sugar, oil, and water, and gradually add the flours.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Finally, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture until smooth.

Add a handful of chocolate chips and pour into molds, then into the oven.

Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
