Preparation

Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
- STEP 2 OF 6
In a bowl, dissolve the sugar with the orange juice and oil.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Sift the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, then mix everything together.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Add the beaten egg whites and orange zest.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Pour the batter into a 20 cm diameter mold.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
