Preparation

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and unsweetened cocoa.

  2. STEP 2 OF 9

    Add honey, cubed butter, grated orange zest, cloves, cinnamon, baking ammonia, and milk.

  3. STEP 3 OF 9

    Work the dough until you obtain a homogeneous, soft, and slightly sticky mixture.

    Form balls with the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. STEP 5 OF 9

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

    Let cool completely and brush with orange marmalade.

    Prepare the glaze by melting chocolate and butter in a double boiler.

    Glaze the Rame di Napoli by dipping the top in chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
