
These carrot dumplings are prepared in very little time, with very few ingredients, and they are very tasty 🥕!
First of all, blend the steamed carrots once they have cooled
Prepare the dumplings by mixing all the ingredients together. You should obtain a batter
Meanwhile, bring some water to the boil, salt it and grate the dumplings directly into the water using the spätzle grater
They will be ready when they rise to the surface.
Once ready, pour them into a pan where you have sautéed the garlic with a knob of butter and some finely chopped rosemary.
Toss and serve hot with a sprinkling of parmesan and fresh rosemary
