Preparation

Prepare the cheese: Place the Goat Cheese (with parchment paper) on a baking sheet or in a small cocotte.

Lightly oil the surface with extra virgin olive oil, lay the sage leaves on top, and add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cooking: Bake in a preheated static oven at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is golden and soft in the center.

Crispy sage (chef's option): If you want ultra-crispy sage, you can sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 1 minute and add it on top only after removing from the oven.
