Designation: Dogliani DOCG from Dolcetto grapes on own roots. Grape variety: 100% Dolcetto. Name: Pregliasco. Alcohol: 13.5°. Size: 0.75L. Production area: Dogliani (CN), Piedmont, Italy. The vines from which it is made live, as they once did, on their own roots, without the protection against phylloxera that comes from the American rootstock. This produces a wine rich in personality and with a rare intensity of aromas and flavors, very long-lived, of which a little more than 2000 bottles were produced.
