
Langhe Nebbiolo DOC. Petali. Vinification is carried out in the traditional way, with manual harvesting of the grapes, then crushing and temperature-controlled fermentation, maceration in stainless steel for 7 days with frequent pump-overs. Then 7-8 months in bottle. The color is light ruby red. On the nose hints of raspberries and rose. On the palate it is fresh and fruity with soft and delicate tannins. Recommended pairing with meat first courses or risottos, red meats, roasts, grilled dishes, braised dishes and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C.
