Instructions for use: Add 140 g of plant-based drink and 10 g of sunflower seed oil. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, whisk, mix well to obtain a creamy batter. For 8 pancakes (6 cm diameter), oil a non-stick pan and place the batter using a spoon; cook for 2 minutes on each side. For 8 muffins (5 cm diameter), place the batter in paper cases and bake at 175 °C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. For 1 cake (16 cm diameter), place the batter in an oiled 16 cm diameter cake pan to about 3 cm height, and bake at 175 °C in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Continue baking for another 15 minutes at 150 °C. It is excellent with the addition of apples.
