Our braided cheese with buffalo milk is a fresh stretched-curd cheese and is made exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal mozzatura process and is available in various sizes, from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to always keep the mozzarella in its preserving liquid and not to store it in the refrigerator. Milk origin: Italy.
