What we present to you is defined as the best Nduja in Italy, produced by the king of Spilinga 'Nduja: Luigi Caccamo. The best 'Nduja is the one from Spilinga. The emigration of the Calabrian people to northern Italy and around the world made this particular cured meat, once unknown and produced only in a very few areas of Calabria, including Spilinga itself, become known. At present Spilinga is the only municipality that produces it in the most traditional way and it has in fact been elected as the City of 'Nduja. That is why Spilinga 'Nduja is considered an artisanal product of excellence. There is no industrial production of this cured meat, only small family-run businesses. For this reason many in Calabria try to imitate the Spilinga product, without ever succeeding in reproducing the same exquisite taste and the same incredible aroma.
