Ingredients
- Whole wheat baguettes
3units - Garlic cloves
5units - Olive oil
5tablespoons - Parsleyto taste
- Cheddar-style vegan cheeseto taste
- Fine saltto taste
Preparation

Cut the bottom part of the garlic cloves, wrap them in aluminum foil, and cook them in an air fryer for 15-20 minutes at 200°C or in the oven.

Once cooked, extract the garlic from the skin by pressing it from the uncut side into a bowl.

Mash the garlic with a fork, add the oil and parsley, and mix well.

Preheat the oven to grill mode.

Cut the bread in half and spread it with the prepared mixture.

Add the vegan cheese, if desired, and bake for a few minutes until the bread is well toasted.

If you prefer a saltier taste, add fine salt at the end of cooking.
