
Layered protein dessert/snack, very creamy and quick to prepare. Ideal as a healthy snack or post-workout.






Prepare the ingredients: protein ricotta, protein cereals, and the creams (hazelnut/cocoa and pistachio).
For each serving (x2 total): put 1 tablespoon of cereals as a base in the glass or cup.
Lightly soften the protein ricotta (by mixing it) and distribute a layer over the base of cereals.
Add a layer of the protein cream of choice (hazelnut/cocoa or pistachio).
Optionally repeat with another layer of ricotta and cereals to achieve three layers.
Garnish on top with the preferred protein cream and the remaining cereals.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until consumption.
