
Recipe for a quick and tasty breakfast, to be prepared in the evening and left in the fridge until the next morning. A combination of Greek yogurt, coffee, chia seeds, cookies, and caramel syrup for a sweet touch.


In a jar or bowl, pour in the plain Greek yogurt.
Add the cooled or room temperature coffee and mix gently until a smooth cream is obtained.
Combine the chia seeds and mix to distribute them.
Crumble the 2 cookies on top of the yogurt or place them whole next to it in the jar.
Drizzle with caramel syrup to taste.
Close the jar and leave it in the refrigerator from the evening until the next morning.
In the morning, stir slightly and enjoy cold.
