Four fit recipes for healthy and tasty breakfasts: Biscomisù, Snickers frozen porridge, Coconut Pancakemisù, and Raspberry cheesecake, created by Giulia Rago.
Biscomisù: alternate 4 cookies dipped in sweetened coffee with 150 g of vanilla protein pudding. Let it rest in the refrigerator and in the morning finish with a dusting of cocoa.
Snickers frozen porridge: cook 40 g of Fitporn oats with 180 g of water, then alternate 2 layers of porridge and 150 g of caramel protein pudding. Finish with a cream made from 10 g cocoa, 30 g water, and sweetener. Rest in the fridge.
Coconut Pancakemisù: prepare 4 pancakes with Fitporn flour, yogurt, egg white, and baking powder. Fill in layers with yogurt cream, Fitporn crunchy coconut, and shredded coconut. Dip the pancakes in milk, alternate with the cream, and decorate with coconut. Let it rest in the fridge overnight.
Raspberry cheesecake: for the base, combine 4 crushed cookies, 7 g of Fitporn peanut butter, and 20 g of milk. Press into a pastry ring. For the cream, mix 60 g of Philadelphia Protein, 40 g of Greek yogurt, sweetener, and lemon zest. Pour over the base and finish with Fitporn raspberry jam.
