
A healthy, vegan protein cookie that is gluten-free, ideal as a post-workout snack or afternoon treat. It is quick to prepare with simple and nutritious ingredients.










In a bowl, combine tiger nut flour, protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add the tiger nut cream and water, mixing until a compact and moldable dough is obtained.
Form a cookie with your hands and add the chopped chocolate on top.
Cook in an air fryer for 10 minutes or in a static oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
Let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying. Serve with tiger nut cream and tiger nut flakes.
