Spaghetti with anchovy sauce, toasted breadcrumbs and candied lemon zest. A dish that combines intense and contrasting flavors, perfect for delighting the palate with a Mediterranean taste. Pair it with Etna Bianco: floral, fruity and vegetal on the nose, with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, hints of apple, nuances of orange blossom and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is dry, moderately warm, fresh and savory, balanced, intense and persistent; the same sensations perceived on the nose return.
Each product available on the platform is listed and sold by a partner seller identified on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is made by the seller, who becomes responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is managed directly by the partner seller. The package is sent from the seller's warehouse or logistics network and handed over to the courier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by the party with actual availability of the product.
On the product page, you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information based on the data provided by the seller or producer, namely the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend carefully checking the product page before purchasing and contacting the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote Italian food and make it more accessible. We select sellers in the food e-commerce sector with consistent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is associated with an identifiable seller and a complete information page: we want shopping here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and destination. At checkout, you will always find an updated delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and courier.
In a pan, sauté the garlic cloves with a little extra virgin olive oil. Add the breadcrumbs and toast them over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn a nice golden color.
Remove the garlic and set the toasted breadcrumbs aside.
In a bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil with the anchovy sauce and the juice of half a lemon. Mix well until you obtain a smooth sauce.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the package, until al dente.
Meanwhile, place the raisins in a bowl with hot water to soften them.
Drain the spaghetti when al dente and transfer them to a large bowl. Dress the spaghetti with the sauce prepared previously, adding the toasted breadcrumbs and the well-squeezed sultana raisins.
Mix the ingredients well to distribute the sauce and seasoning evenly over all the spaghetti.
Plate the spaghetti in a nest shape on the dish. Decorate the top of the nest with candied lemon zest and a fillet of anchovy in oil.
