    Cut the zucchini into thin slices, place them in a large baking dish and season with three tablespoons of breadcrumbs, three tablespoons of Parmesan, one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands so they can absorb the flavors and the breading can be distributed evenly. After breading them well, align them in the baking dish and to form the classic crust on the surface, add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs, one of Parmesan, and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil without mixing. Bake at 180°C in a preheated fan oven for 25 minutes until golden brown!
