Ingredients
- Pizza flour
300g - Mozzarella
150g - Basilto taste
- Water
180ml - Dry yeast
0.5teaspoon - Sugar
1teaspoon - Salt
8g - Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Garlic
1clove - Tomato sauce
200ml - Grana padanoto taste
Preparation

Sift 300 g of pizza flour or 00 flour.
- STEP 2 OF 9
Add half a teaspoon of dry yeast and a teaspoon of sugar, mix to combine the ingredients.

Gradually pour in 180 ml of water until absorbed.

Add the oil, salt, and form a dough ball.

Let the dough rest in an oiled bowl for at least 2 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: heat a tablespoon of oil with a clove of garlic in a pan, then add the tomato and a pinch of salt and cook.

Roll out the dough and cut it into rounds.

Heat plenty of oil in a pan for frying and fry the discs, pressing slightly in the center.

Top the montanare with the sauce, some pieces of mozzarella, Grana, and basil.
